The user’s personal data will be used by Milano Catering in compliance with the principles of privacy protection established by Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003. This information concerns the personal data sent by the user when requesting information. The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows: a) to provide information relating to the requested service; b) send communications of an advertising nature relating to own products, services and initiatives; c) check the quality of the services offered, also by offering after-sales services; d) trace the perpetrators of any offenses at the specific request of the competent authorities. The user’s refusal to allow the processing of their data will make it impossible to use this information request sending service.

Milano Catering informs that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, users have the right to: a) know the existence of data processing concerning them; b) be informed of the details of the data controller and processor; c) obtain from the data controller: confirmation of the existence of personal data, communication of the same and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes of the processing; d) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; e) updating, rectification and integration of data; f) the attestation that the operations referred to in the previous point have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated and/or disseminated; g) object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the treatment; h) change your consent, subsequently objecting, in whole or in part, to the processing for commercial information purposes or for carrying out market research or commercial communication and the like.
